A perfect evening with the Bristol and District Moth Group to finding out more about these beautiful and often colourful creatures. We met at 9.30pm and an increasing range of moths visited the trap as darkness fell. The Moth Group (led by Ray Barnett and Rupert Higgins) would have happily stayed until well into the early hours of the morning, but just before mid-night we had to call a halt when we felt the first drops of rain of the approaching thunder storms.
